Classic cars

I love this interior. As well as it being a classic interior, I love the depth you created with it. foreground, mid ground and focus point. I also think the retouching is just enough! It's so easy to go too far with the shadows and I think this grade suits the image. Well done.

The lighting on this is fantastic and not too heavy on the retouch. The only criticism is that it may have been nicer as a front 7/8 rather than a direct profile. The front of this car is lovely. It was a tough decision not have this as the winner. A very close 2nd

Hard to imagine that someone sat in that and raced! I love the composition and simple colors. The rails in the back help produce shape around the car. My only criticism is that you might have come more to the front for a 7/8 image. nice job

Yeah, but the dust was worth it!! I love this image. I used to shoot a lot of track work but never got into the rally side so I appreciate the timing and composition of this shot. Nice image and well shot.

It's all about the details.... The depth works really well and my eyes gets drawn to the focus point with color and shape. I love that the focus post is off-center and it helps give the image room to breath. Nice and light on the retouch. Nice job...

Some images are taken, some are constructed. I live in the latter, so I appreciate the work that has gone into this image to give it character and depth. I feel sorry for this car after a lifetime of service and the way this image has been taken pushes this emotion to the viewer. My only criticism is that it has been shot slightly wide (for me). The hard work has paid off! A worthy winner.

So much of photography is about timing, and this image is timed perfectly. The use of color and composition makes me feel as though I am there. Maybe a slightly slower shutter speed could have added a bit of movement to the image but I like it all the same.

This image is mad!! I love the location and give you max credit for finding this and using it the best way possible. The light, color and composition are fantastic. Wet feet maybe?? Great image and well taken. nice job!.

There is a great mood created in this image. I feel sorry for the subject - as though it's almost hiding in shame. Nice use of retouching and grading - not too heavy but enough to add emotion. A great image. Well done.

I love the amount of work that has gone into this. I love constructed images! There is thought into what the output was going to be. My only criticism is that it may been more effective to give the car a bit more room to breath and maybe not quite as wide. My minimum mm for car is 24 at a maximum... Lovely job!

Nice! It' so easy to look at cars as a full image but most people forget to see the details and this is a great example of a beautiful composed and shot detail. I'm so glad you didn't put the handle in the middle of the frame.

What a lovely image! I love the color and composition. My only comment is that I see the car being shot a bit more profile to see the length of the car - but I love this. Not too heavy on the retouch which is nice. Well done.

I love the depth to this image. Most photographic images are very 2 dimensional but this lead my eye from one end of the image to the other. I'm glad this is black and white. Sometimes it's overused, but in this case, it works well. Nice.
