The arrangement of the books in a circle tends towards the creative and in so doing draws the viewer's eye in further in order to peruse the image. The circle symbolizes the never ending need to acquire and gain extra knowledge. Congratulations and well done!

One ponders on the hours necessary to create and balance such a structure. The aqua and white also contrast well against the black background making the foreground more prominent. Every photographer would desire to have this collection up on display in order to illustrate the photographing techniques from days gone by The sepia and scratch marks tend to give the image an extra appeal and an "aged" effect . Firstly thank you for entering my challenge Although sewing with cotton and thread is a hobby derived from yesteryear this image tends to breathe new life into the concept. The contrasting colours of red and green work well against the black background and make for a magnificent reflection in the mirror below. The creativity involved in the dropping of cotton reels is also very appealing. Congratulations and well done!

Firstly thank you for entering my challenge. Although stamp collecting is a hobby derived from yesteryear- this presentation tends to breathe new life into the notion. The borderline created so as to look like a stamp is not only very appealing but very creative. One is tempted to be drawn further into the image in order to peruse it further upon viewing.
