Decorated Lorries

Although not the most decorated of lorries, this picture makes me smile when I see it. They've certainly pared the lorry down to bare essentials but kept some essential decorations. You've managed to keep the image sharp but maintained a sense of movement so we can see that its not a posed picture. Well done and keep up the good work.

Well done on getting two decorated lorries in your image. They make a nice contrast with each other and give a good indication of the different styles that exist. Your image was obviously taken in strong sunshine and being picky a little post processing would have made it possible to adjust the exposure slightly. In an ideal world a bit less glare from the windscreen would benefit the overall image. I liked the way you managed to include a bit of the driver to make it a more rounded composition. A nice image that shows up the graphics on the cab side very well. The placing of the lorry with little in the background certainly helps to focus attention on the artwork. Whether this was luck or patience on your part I don't know. Well done on finishing in the top ten.
