Holes

WOW, this is such a lovely image. The way you are guided into the image, through the wreck and to the diver is stunning. This is the sort of image I was hoping to see in this contest. You have not only shown a hole but you've used it to make the image look as if you are in the water with the diver. A brilliant, pin sharp image with great colours and tones. A worthy winner. WOW, what a great angle. This image is a great take on the brief with more than one type of hole. The ball coming through the hoop adds interest to the image. The sky is a lovely colour and doesn't distract you from the hoop. A simple, pin sharp and very well put together image. Well done.

This is a really comical image. I had to look a few times before I realized that the blue tit was sort of stuck. This is a really great image. Though the hole is filled with a dog's nose this image is still all about the hole for me. The way it is investigating the hole makes you focus on it 100%. You wonder then what the hole contains, other than the dogs nose. A great, pin sharp and well composed image. Well done for stepping away from the norm and capturing a unique take on the entry.
