Huge Hanging Baskets of Flowers (in colour)

So many huge hanging basket in a row, and so beautifully captured. The photographer took great care to shoot from an angle to fit as many baskets into the frame as possible. Despite the bright sunlight, the colors are not washed out or the photo over-exposed. Well done to the photographer for having this photo chosen to represent the contest.

I am not sure why I am so drawn to this photo. The colorful ball against the grey wall? The complementary colors of the flowers in relations to the wall? The composition using three basic elements? Whether one or all, it is very pleasing to my eye. Thank you to the photographer for entering this simply beautiful image into the contest.

I would so love to walk down this avenue with a whole row of beautifully arranged huge hanging baskets and the complementary pots underneath. The baskets of flowers create a wall of color that accentuates the contrast between the vibrant flowers and the neutral color of the building. This hanging basket makes me smile. It is full of happy colors that the photographer has captured so beautifully. The pink of the porch railing complements the pink of the basket, and frames it perfectly along the bottom. The windows in the background add interest in the space between the flowers and the railing. Well done!
