Imprisoned

After spending nearly 40 years commuting to and from London for work, this image perfectly sums up the despair and drudgery commuters feel on their daily journey. Technically the image is excellent with great use of depth of field, exposure and framing.

An amazing image which sums up mankind's cruelty to other human beings. I have no idea as to how to produced the image but that doesn't really matter, you have certainly understood the competition brief, congratulations on a Top 10 spot.

A very powerful image very much in the style of my 2nd place image, I wish I am allowed to have a joint first place as I can't find anything to separate these images, technically I can't see anything wrong with either of them.

Everything I have said about my other joint winner applies here, I love the mono treatment and to me the grain in the image only adds to the overall effect, I find the single tear running down the right eye so very powerful, very well done.
