Apart from the composition I also appreciated the textures on the elements that form the composition and the absence of texture on the water that would have distracted from the subject. Might have taken a bit care on the post processing to avoid the ghosting around the pillars and around the boat, but overall appreciate the result.

Thank you for sharing your Inspiring shot.

Your patience and effort did pay off in my view.

Love the expression on the seal's face and the gesture as it scratches its nose gives a comical element to the image. The kelp framing the seal's head plays well in the overall composition without, however, stealing the attention from the subject.

Very inspiring shot. Thank you for sharing.

What an intriguing angle.

Love the frame in frame composition and how it plays with the shapes of the banisters and the boats below to put attention to the subject, without making it feel too cluttered despite the crowded topic and the many different colors.

Inspiring shot. Thank you for sharing.

What a completely unexpected subject to be captured on the water indeed, but, as noted in the description, very indicative of the land. Moreover, it is a very well executed shot as well, making the image very intriguing.

Love the composition that puts focus on the subject despite the details and the textures of the foreground and background. The lighting is also superb, especially for this part of the world where it is more often hazy and dusty, casting light and shadows to make the image more dramatic.

Might have tried to go a bit lower so as to bring the subject a bit higher than the water line, but I am assuming this was as low as you could go anyway.

Very inspiring shot. Thank you for sharing.

What an effective use of a puddle. Love the composition and the somewhat original way of capturing architecture. Like how the pavement color and texture is not distracting from the subject allowing to effectively showcase the picturesque architecture.

Very inspiring shot. Thank you for sharing.

Great moody shot. Love the minimalistic, well balanced composition and how the long exposure communicates emotions of "mystery" and "serenity" by doing away with distractive details and textures while at the same time maintaining the elements to clearly define the subject. Very inspiring. Thank you for sharing.
