This is a fabulous photo in so many ways. The brightness of it, the yellows from the flowers, and the bright colors all across the cricket add to a sort of dreamy atmosphere that lingers throughout it.

The focusing is also great since even though you took it with a shallow depth of field, almost the entire cricket is in focus.

This is a beautiful photo with so many bright colors.

Besides the stunning yellow all through the image, the beetle's colors are absolutely amazing! And the water droplets add to the beauty of them. It's amazing to believe that a beetle could even have this many colors!

And besides all of that, you took this photo very close up which shows so many details of the flower and beetle alike.

This simplistic photo of just 3 elements throughout it, makes us really focus our attention on the praying mantis, the subject of the photo.

Praying mantises are such different insects already, but here you have managed to capture this one in an even more unique way. It's a brown one (a lot of the pictures I see of them are of green ones), in interesting lighting, with even its wings folded way back in a strange way.

There are also lots of colors in different places. The wings have black and shades of brown in them, the branch blends perfectly with the mantis, and there is an interesting blue light lingering in certain spots which I think was an excellent addition to this photograph.
