Landscape Transitions

My favourite image of the challenge. The image clearly forces the viewer from the softness and light of the background and top right to the clarity, relative dark and coolness of the bottom right or vice versa. Exceptionally well taken and processed and a place I would love to visit in these conditions.

I've always been drawn to strong black and white images. This is a striking monochrome image that uses the play of light and dark and clarity and softness to direct the eye around the image. A seemingly simple image but very effective. Well done!

This image has it all. Transitions from light beams to storms, from clear to soft, from light to dark and from warm to cool. 'The composition and processing are also fantastic. A compelling image with a lot to look at.
