Landscapes from a "different world"

There is something missing in this picture: the fairy. This landscape could firectly come out of a fantasy story or a fairy tale. It looks very harmonic and beautiful. Landscape from different planets often look very empty and barren to give them a dystopic charakter. This picture is the opposite however it could come from a different planet.

Usually the photographer would get angry about the circles in the middle of the picture. But you imagined a story by this. Foreign planets which you can only see from a few places on earth? Hopefully non of this is a death star! I like the idea how you made the best out of this photo.

Are you sure you took this picture on earth? It looks fascinating. You also had a lot of luck with the weather. The clouds make this landscape very dramatic. The red indicates that we are on a different planet. And do not forget the rocks. A very interesting structure. A perfect picture for this contest.

Where are we? And how large is this area. The lack of the scale and the colors disorientates the beholder completely. The black and white brings strong contrasts into the photo. The wholes look very dangerous due to the light reflection inside the water? Or ist it something else? A really nice picture from a different world.

That picture is a simple bird view photo from a forest. However the colors and the cropping make this picture interesting. The colors and the dry trees in between look very exotic. Very important for this picture is the lack of a scale. This could also be a close up picture of corals under the sea. It does not look like a typical forest on eath.
