Light painting

Brief

The contest is for photographs which show the technique of light painting. Light painting, or light drawing, is a photographic technique in which exposures are made by moving a hand-held light source whilst taking a long exposure photograph, either to illuminate a subject, or to shine a point of light directly at the camera, or by moving the camera itself during exposure. Light painting has long inspired photographers as the technique can be difficult to perfect, but can produce some exciting results. Please submit your best light painting photos.
