Lighthouses in the UK

I love this image, I wonder how long you had to wait for this cloud to be in just the right position, sometimes photography is all about just waiting for everything to fall into place, well earned it's commend place.

I love the Gower and have visited many times, I have never been lucky enough to see Whiteford lighthouse in such wonderful light, I light the way the image follows the rule of thirds, an image the well deserves it's Top 10 spot.

A stunning image, I hope you didn't put yourself at risk while taking the shot or how long you had to wait for the right wave. I like the way you have positioned the lighthouse slightly off centre, A worthy winner.

I wish I was allowed to have joint firs place as I couldn.t deicide between these two, I can only suggest that if you had been able to clone out the red light it would have been even better, I love the reflection of the lighthouse, A stunning image.

Dungeness is one of my favourite places in the UK, so I was always going to be drawn to this image, I love the mono treatment and the way you have included the new lighthouse as well, the tonal range has been handled very well, A very pleasing image.

An image that really works well, nice tight crop with the lighthouse positioned on the right hand side, I have seen the seas around the Shetland Isles looking so calm. My only comment would be is the image a bit tight on the right hand side.
