Like in a Dream or a Nightmare

This is such an awesome image, perfect for the contest. The feeling is exactly that of being in a dream. The surreal scene and the ethereal mood give this image the right tone and I was happy to include it in my top 10. Congrats!

What a beautiful dream that brings us back to our childhood. Every component of this image contributes to the dreamy atmosphere: the faded moon with the birds flying over it, the horses and the haze, the autumn scenery. Everything works perfectly together as in a symphony. Congrats on 2nd place!

This is such a beautiful image! I love macro as a genre and this dreamy picture really spoke to me. I thought a vintage lens at first, but the subject is so well defined.
