Thanks for entering my competition. I like the BW treatment of this photo. There is a good leading line down past the posts drawing my eye to the buildings. I like the dramatic quality to the sky as well. Good

Thank you for entering. I like the soft feel to this which the long exposure has provided. It's a very pastel pallet which adds a lot to the image for me. The softer causeway works for me as well. :)

Great image well worth the time it must have taken to do the stitching . I really like the light on the mountains which make the homes seem tiny. I like how my eye is taken round the road to the houses at the back . Thank you for entering

number 2 in the contest. I like the mixed buildings. My eye is drawn to the horizon I like the use of height to extend the line of sight creating layers. The composition with water on both sides showing adds to the photo

Lovely image thanks for entering the competition. It's a top 10 for sure. Lovely warm light on the hill and the house. I like how clear the rainbow is/ Good composition with the shoreline rocks pulling my eyes round to the house

Living by the sea is a very desirable place to be. This contest is to show the best of coastal living throughout the world. It may be one house, a village, a town or part of the city. It must be somewhere people live, not commercial buildings, and must show clearly the sea. As an example, the banner shows some housing by the sea in my home town.

Thanks for entering. The photograph gives the feeling of a still evening. I like the warm light you have caught on the buildings an d the boats. I also like the layers on the side without the buildings. Nice reflections

I liked the aspect of this and the over hanging tree as a frame at the side. A good example of the single house by the sea as a desirable place to be. A very peaceful scene Thank you for entering

I like the simplicity and peacefulness of this photograph . The muted colours along with the long exposure of the water add to the stillness.
It's one of those images you expect to see in a seaside gallery for tourists

I like the post processing used in this. It reminds me of an etching or a pencil sketch in some places. . There is some good texture in the sea bed exposed by low tide. Thanks for entering the competition

Thank you for entering. This was commended because I like the use of the porthole for framing this.

BW works for this one. The distance and different sizes of the buildings also gives it a bit of depth. Good concept

I like the feel of this photograph. The muted colours give it a warmth which is restfull. I like the wto people in the shot they give a sense of scale to the image as a whole. Thanks for entering the competition

Thanks for entering and making it into the top 10. Well done too at having a go at stitching. I have yet to have a go. I like the composition showing the different types of housing including the quirky lifeboat house. Good light.

The quality of the light in this is great. I like how it's caught the edge of the lighthouse and other buildings. I like that the sea is natural without any stillness. It's an excellent image. Thank you for entering

Thanks for entering. A very different approach to the brief. I can clearly see the sea at the center of the planet. Very creative. The colours of the tall buildings pull me into the center with the ships, the tree line boarder works well

The sky makes this image for me. There is some good textures there and nice light. It gives the feeling that the clouds are on the move. The muted colours really work for me and help the sky to stand out.

Well done in catching the power of the sea as it batters the houses behind it. Filling the front of the frame with the large wave makes it look like you were standing in the water. Thank you for entering
