Lonely Trees

I really appreciate the choice of shutter speed on this composition rather than a long exposure as the slight elements add to the image and the overall experience would be lacking if these were evened out. The slight ripple in the water that when the capture is enjoyed long enough one can "see' them move and the delicate clouds in the sky that make one "feel" the cool air... Loved the placement of the rising sun! A truly inspiring shot. Thank you for sharing.

I think I prefer this composition of the scene rather than the vertical one. The mountains on the right provide the visual balance and take away some of the drama of the rising sun light to allow the viewer enjoy the rest of the scene. Lovely, inspiring capture. Thank you for sharing.

Congratulations on this shot. I loved the simplicity of the composition. The absence of any distraction whatsoever just punctuates the topic of the loneliness. adding the color of the leaves and the background and that feeling of loneliness is amplified more. I am not quite sure of it is indeed a reflection or a post processing duplication but I feel it does work very well with the theme. Inspiring work indeed. Thank you for sharing!
