An image executed to perfection here. It's so essential to get the alignment of the composition perfect in a photo like this. If it's done right it allows the eye to explore and get lost in a picture more completely. And I felt this was the best example of this here. The subject itself draws us in further too, all those windows! It makes ones eyes go funny. I love the clouds in the sky too. The random shapes, almost flat and offsetting the depth and strict order of the building. Finally the choice to use monochrome really enriches the experience of the shape and form. Amazing image, congratulations.
I really enjoyed this image. Getting humour right can be difficult in photography. In this case simple but effective. A lovely composition with the element of architecture and the framing of the feet; with lots of negative space keeping the viewer focused on the smaller elements. A nice take on the competition theme too I thought.
I wanted to write a review to this partially because I wanted you to know it was an extremely close second for me. It's a really amazing photograph. It's so surreal, it takes a minute to work out what you're looking at. It's more like a collage of random different shapes to begin with. There's so much going on you could look for hours. And the black and white processing with the punchy contrast adds to the etherial feel. I could look at this for hours. Lovely work.

Some pretty things going on here. I like the composition overall, the choice of a super-wide angle really helps show off the subject. I even like the slightly blown out sky adding to a kind of dreamy quality to this.
Whilst I did enjoy this image. I felt there were a couple of elements in the composition that could have been improved upon. Just small tweaks but would really improve the photo. They would be to crop/reframe so that the railing on the bottom right was removed. This particularly upsets the balance for me. Also the dark tree on the right is a little distracting, not so bad though. These comments aside it's a great photograph, well done.

This image really grabbed me. I love that it made me stop and look, trying to work out what I'm seeing as it's not quite right. Even after reading it's a set, a picture of a picture! I still want to look. One thing I would have liked to see is perhaps some hint of this in the image, the edge of the set or element in between for instance. Giving the image more depth and intrigue if done right. Make the picture your own.
