Marble

Brief

This contest is for your photographs of any object made from marble. You could show buildings which use highly polished marble for floors or stairs, or capture the waxy glow on objects such as statues, produced as light penetrates the first few layers of the rock. These reflective properties make photographing marble especially challenging, so be prepared to experiment with lighting and I hope you have fun photographing marble.
