Multi-coloured Architecture

What a beautiful photo full of colors! There are many images of towns with houses of many colors, but this photo of Bosa, a small town in Sardinia, is truly appreciable not only for the colors and shapes of all the houses, but above all for that splendid light that illuminates much of the image, a light that given the inclination, most likely is just before sunset (or immediately after sunrise).

And here we are in front of an excellent street photo, full of colorful architecture. We are in a street of a Nicaraguan city, the scene is completely filled with shapes and colors, and it is very nice how the first ones are highlighted by the white border. The colors are not bright, but light, and contribute to create this fascinating ancient atmosphere.

In this photograph there are really many different colors. The eye of the observer quickly passes from the simple but splendid coloring of the beach huts in the foreground, to the variety of colors of the ancient buildings in the background. Really a successful combination.

We are facing a perfect photo of minimalist architecture. On the right side we find the colorful pipes of this modern Parisian building, while on the left side we can appreciate their reflection in some windows of a neighboring building. Everything blends with an absolute naturalness.

This is truly an incredible image. Undoubtedly the presence of icebergs that peacefully plow the Arctic sea of Greenland, contributes to the charm of this photo. But the presence of all those colored wooden houses, makes the photo perfectly suited to the theme of the contest.
