Beautiful light and so much depth created by the layers of rolling hills. An amazing scene as a whole with extra details the closer you look. Such as the long shadows in the mist from the trees on the hill, and even distant lines of trees and other other houses. One thing to be mindful of is sensor dust, the little circles visible in the top right. They're easy to remove in post production, this can help improve the professionalism of the photo. Great work!

A beautifully captured moment with gorgeous golden light. The warmth of the photo is expressed by the glow of the sunshine and the exuberant but still motion of the people. The whole scene plays out in slow motion in the viewers mind with the gentle sea breeze, splashing of water, and playful noises from the couple. A great memory captured forever.
A great display of attention to detail and concentration on composition. The level of expose is spot on across the image without over exposed highlights or too dark shadows. The only (very) minor thing I'd point out is the chromatic aberration around the rocks. Other than that, a wonderfully executed photo.
A beautiful tranquil scene. The path of rocks through the water lead the eye towards the partially hidden red bridge. The bridge itself provides a nice contrast to the lush green environment. A reflection adds to the tranquil nature of the image and provides a subtle symmetry to the photo. Well done!

This is a very nice photo. The light, exposure and details are good and the main highlight draws the eye to the most interesting part of the photo. Which is why I say nice, because there is a great photo within. Cropping the image to just include the bottom right, from the top of the "W" shape of the trees and their reflection, would be a great shot without the distraction of the tree tops. If you are here often you could really explore the possibilities of this tantalising location.
I really like the composition and feel to this image. It works well as a visually appealing photo as well as a story telly device. The exposure is great too. The only thing holding it back from Highly Commended is it appearing to be out of focus. This could be an image quality issue which would be great if you have a better quality version! Either way you have a great eye for composition and story telling. Well done!
A wonderful vantage point and choice of subject matter to display the features of this location. The cold ruggedness of the glacier and mountains, combined with the bare rocks in the foreground, add a foreboding feel to the presence of humanity huddling precariously in the cable car. Great visual story telling!
As photographers it's impossible to walk past a view of snow capped mountains and pine trees reflected in pristine waters without taking a photo! My only suggestion as an unbiased viewer is trying to crop the image from the top right just enough to take out the contrail looking cloud. It would balance the weight of the scene more and remove the distracting highlight. Still a beautifully taken shot!
I'd really like to judge this photo properly as it looks like a magical scene. Unfortunately based on the quality of upload I can't give it the attention it MIGHT deserve. The exposure, sky and composition look amazing, but I can only judge on the low res, slightly blurry looking image presented. I hope to see this photo in future contests in its full glory!
A great scene and moody photo. The almost monochromatic look works well with the subject matter and the contrast and light in the clouds provides a lovely depth and texture. I'd suggest trying a square crop that removes the distraction of the branch in the top right. The little castle stands out wonderfully and provides a scale to the looming clouds. Well done!
A wonderfully bright and vibrant image of rural landscape. The sunset light is very well controlled to give the impression of glare while retaining detail in both highlights and shadows. The eye is lead along the road and maize field to the bright sunset light, then fans out across the orange lines of fiery clouds. Beautiful work!
Beautiful reflections to give this photo a stunning abstract feel. The addition of the brightly coloured canoe adds scale and contrast to the monotone trees and reflection. What I also like about this photo is that either the top or bottom half would work well on their own as abstract panoramas, but combined here with the centred bright canoe is even better!
