Old Gas Tanks

I loved this image right away. The warm colors, the rust, the atmosphere, the famous Route 66 and even the old Pepsi dispenser. Everything in this photograph is sharp and inviting, with a lot of detail and beautiful contrasts. Congratulations on your first place, well done.

Congratulations on your well deserved 2nd. place. Although this is not post-processed as a HDR image, you still managed to give it a real HDR look, which is actually very charming. I definitely like the fact that there’s much more than the two fuel pumps. The old cars, the wheels and all the mess around give the image quite a mood. Well done.
