Old Outdoor Farming Equipment

What a lovely image! The focus on the bridge, farmer and ox. The amazing mountains in the back being enclosed by fog and the reflection in the water all add to a very interesting shot.

For me though I think the framing could've benefitted from moving the point of view slightly to the right, so it's more like they're entering the frame rather than being in the center of it.

Beautiful imagery with the old cart as subject in the foreground. I like how it's starting to sprout plants from the top too.

I'd put a bit less contrast in the clouds and make them less gloomy, especially since it seems such a nice blue sky day but that's a personal preference.

I chose this picture as the nr. 1. It's a great image with the contest-topic as main subject. The depth of field is great, pulling your eyes towards the steering-wheel and down to the rest of the tractor. Congratulations on your win!

Great capture. Focus on the farmer who shows much pride and joy, being able to drive around his old piece of history and it being well received by the community. The fact that he's sharing that with two kids on the back after a longer look makes it even more fun to look at.

Nice detailed shot of some working equipment. I enjoy the sharpness in front and the haze in the rear showing the dust particles in front and in between the machine. It's on the newer end of the spectrum, but do believe it to be late 20th century, so it's a pass in my book ;-)

What a interesting viewpoint. The long focal length (and I presume cropped?) makes for such an interesting image. The stork and tractor are so well focussed, not being distracted by the soil on the foreground because of the blur. The black and white makes it work very well! Great shot all together.

Great shot of this little farmer to be. You can just about look into his thoughts and see the imaginary adventures he's having on this tractor, ploughing fields, cutting grass, or even just driving back home in the sunset not a bother in his mind.
