People In The Landscape

This really speaks to me, I love the tones that gently cascade across the depth of field. The landscape tells a storey of a sometimes harsh environment and although the colours give a warming feel the person in the landscape tells a slightly different story. The light that highlights the grasses gives a wonderful golden crest to the mounds in the foreground. I do hope this image is without any colour manipulation as I am sure the photographer would have been quite taken back with this vision at the time. A lovely image and congratulations.

If you are familiar with my work or style I am always up for dark and moody and this gives it to the viewer in abundance. The sea could almost be made up of two different images because of the differences in light and for the sky you could say the same. It really does glorify the wonders and ever changing perspective you can get with a coastline. I would expect that some post work may have enhanced this image - if not then bravo great capture. Fabulous image - well done.

I don't care how this was made, processed or put together, you can not help but like it. The colours are beautiful and the image would make an amazing book cover, thats why I think it is so appealing. Very nicely put together and well done.

For me the many wonderful textures of this image sold it. The light and shade here is just gorgeous and you can almost imagine putting your hand out to feel that sand. I think the photographer has done a marvellous job capturing this, it's a shame we had a little blow out on the sea reflection of the sun, but you can't always have it all. I am familiar with the coast line here and Sarasota Beach is just wonderful, this reminds me of there fondly. Well done.
