Powerful Pink

Firstly, thank you for entering my challenge. The great colour contrast between the pink and lime is superb- this tends to draw out the dark pink of the building in an effective fashion. The touch of red from the flower baskets also lends itself as a great contrast against the pink and lime and loans itself well in completing the image down to perfection. Firstly, thank you for entering my challenge. What appeals to me mostly is the pure simplicity of the image- often less is more and this has been perfected in this image. The contrast of the black staircase tends to draw one's eye to the perfect pink depicted by the wall. Slight detail such as the shadows of the rails also add a hidden appeal.
