Great contest!

Crikey, this is impressive. This image has made me say just one word every time I see/look at it, that is WOW! The image is just like a magic eye. After a while my eyes blur as it is a mesmerizing image, but in a very good way. The way that there is no space in the image is cracking. Being in black and white works really well as there's no off-putting colour to distract your eye. The prints are all pin sharp and though there's a lot they actually seem to make patterns and lines through the image. A cracking entry. Well done.

WOW, this is great. You have stepped out from the norm and tried something new and unique and the result is stunning. I just love the imprint that the bird has left behind after it has taken to the sky. The tones and contrast of the print in the snow is great and have made the print look 3D. The amount of detail in the image is amazing as you can see almost every flake/grain of snow. You have left enough room around the entire print too. A great, high quality, technically perfect print in the snow. A very worthy winner. Congratulations

WOW, this is brilliant. I like how the tree stops you going out of the frame and bounces you into the image and the stunning, sharp prints. The shadow detail of the tree adds to the images appeal as well as the superb white snow. A cracking image. Well done.

This is lovely. I like how the prints lead you to the grate but then stop. The tones and contrast of the image are cracking. I even like how you have some colour within the prints that's been left by the snow having gone and left the ground underneath it visible. The composition is brilliant too. A stunning image. Well done.

This is a great, busy image. The image's busyness is what makes it work so well. Not only have you captured prints from the snow blocks/balls falling you have also captured living creatures and human prints too. I like how the prints lead you up and into the image. The white tone is lovely and though the image was taken on a sunny and bright day you have not overexposed the snow and the detail you've captured is beautiful. A great image. Well done.

This is a peaceful image. It is stunning. The image is composed excellently and the colour tones and contrast is amazing. I love how your eye still sees the finer prints at the same time as the deeper prints through the middle. The image is very well put together and is gentle on your eye. A fabulous entry. Well done.
