Red and Black

Firstly thank you for entering my challenge. the crispness and clarity of this splash is superb and one tends to feel movement frozen in time. The sideways angle of the red pepper is a novel approach to splash photography - normally composed in a more vertical fashion. .The water splash also tends to be a great offset for the colour contrast. Congrats and well done!

Firstly, thank you for entering my challenge Besides the great contrast of red and black in the image, the child's facial expression tends to draw one into the image for longer than usual. Both his mouth and eye's have a story to tell, however, we can only speculate as to what it might be. The pure black background compliments his sweatshirt which emphasizes the colour contrast in an appealing fashion. Congrats and well done!

This tends to re-focus our attention onto the colour contrast - that of red and black instead of the facial expression. The white background also tends to draw us more into the colour combination in an appealing fashion. Congrats and well done!

The fact that a simple household object is used as the focus point once again proves how simple objects can be transformed into works of art.The slight blur behind the bristles draws one into the image and one tends to notice the strands in an alluring fashion. This we normally try to remove from our image but in this image it serves as a draw card. Congrats and well done!

Firstly, thank you for entering my challenge. The woman's mask tends to beg the question from the viewer that of- what exactly is she hiding away or got to reveal that we are unaware of? This means that our attention is drawn away from the facial expression in order to focus on the colour contrast instead. Congrats and well done1

The minimalistic feel once again proves that less is more. The crispness and clarity of the apple adds an extra appeal which tends to heighten our taste buds. Congrats and well done!
