Reflected

As reflections go this is a classic but the colours, tones and exposure are perfect in my eyes. The time of day, the light and the spatial distribution of the boats in the water. The left hand side of the image is slightly cooler drawing your eye to the warmth where the sun setting. The balance between shadows and highlights is superb. All in all a beautiful image.

I love this image. A little girl almost staring into space and perfectly reflected in the window as the world goes by. A great candid shot which is sharp and with a brighter centre radiating towards the darker, almost moody, edges. There are no distracting elements, only a focus on the the little girl and her reflection. Well done.

I love the tones, colours and the street scene. It is a clever image and well framed. The perspective is commendable and there is clarity in a very artistic way. It is not only a reflection but it is also a travel and street image which enhances its appeal. Truly well done.

A classical highland scene which can only truly be shot in Scotland. The moment is perfect and the reflection very crisp. The colours are 'real' and the tones beautiful. The calf has clearly spotted the photographer and that enhances the shot further.

An Amsterdam canal scene with subtle colours and good reflections. Parts of the sky are perhaps a little over exposed and a higher resolution image might have enhanced the quality of the shot. The composition is great and you get a sense of the morning mists creating a wintry or autumnal morning atmosphere.
