Romance and Romantic Scenes

I like that you have gone for something a little different, epecially with an inanimate object. The symbolism of the wedding ring will be familiar to many however, is there any significance with the pages and book chosen? The only things holding this image back for me is the crop - I personally would prefer if it were shorter - and lighting. Namely, the brightness. Otherwise the angle and shape is engaging.

The square format suits this image well as you have centred the couple well and evenly matched the beach and sea (it does not feel too stretched/long or short). A fairly standard way of capturing the couple with the angle being at a familiar height. The lack of drama and simplicity of the image means that the couple are the primary focus.

I like the composition here with the seaweed and rocks in the foreground, sand and sea and then the sky in front of the couple. Having the image landscape almost gives it a cinematic feel - especially if the height were cropped a little more. With the couple's faces not shown we are left to guess their thoughts/expressions yet tenderness is shown through the hand holding.

I like the framing of this photo with the structural beams drawing our eyes to the couple embracing. It is as if we are prying into a private moment. I like how you have lit up couple themselves and clearly centred them in the photograph without seeming unnatural or plasticky.

Lovely clear photo. Close up shots can be risky but I enjoy this one, especially with the other person’s face obscured from view. It’s a sweet photo with the lady’s expression telling the full story. A happy scene. It’s simple yet joyful and I really enjoy what you have achieved.
