This image was in my opinion the winner. There were enough images that displayed both photographic quality and demonstrate a fine use of Rule-Of-Thirds. The mountain line at its reflection fall well on the compositional lines. This image has more to offer than just an off-center composition. The photographic quality of this image provides both interesting details and a compelling mystery leaving the audience wanting to know more. Thanks for entering.
This image compelled me to come back to it several times in the course of judging. The little girl sits well on the intersection of the horizontal and vertical composition lines. This is an interest point in the composition. The woman's shoulders and tray fall on the horizontal composition lines. The girls expression creates general interest in the photo. Thanks for entering.
While not one of the images I selected in the top ten, I enjoyed looking at this image with the off-center composition and the bold blue texture of the background wall. Ideally I would like to see more engagement from the little girl to the camera, but she is cute never the less. You should be well pleased with the image.

This image has several strong lines aiding the composition. The man stands on the left vertical composition line and the upper window frame lands on the upper horizontal composition line. The general quality of the image makes me want to know more about what is happening in the image, one of the best qualities in a photo.

This centuries old guideline is a simple principle that helps photographers compose balanced and interesting images. Adobe even includes a Rule-Of-Thirds grid option in their cropping tool. How much do you use it? Subjects can be people, objects, landscapes, or whatever, but all should demonstrate composition taking advantage of Rule-Of-Thirds
