Sadness

This photo grabbed my attention right away. Although pugs are not always really sad, they do have a sad face. The sadness is captured really well here. You start to wonder what this little one is actually thinking about.. What goes through that small mind..

Very good capture of the sadness emotion. The light puts the focus completely on her face. The emotion in this photo captures your attention from the start. Very close to entering the top ten of my favorite photos in this contest.

I particularly love the color tones in this photograph of a sad child. The color is soft and dry and it shows the drought which this child is living in. The background also does the photo a lot of justice resembling a child's artistic scribbles.
