Scarecrows in Colour (not bonfire guys)

I love that idea of a scary crow as a scarecrow! He has been well captured and nicely framed in his surrounds setting the context well. The angle that you have just to capture him, works well with lots of detail clearly seen. Thank you for entering and congratulations on your top ten place.

A great image, strong characters in a great setting. I love that they are sitting in amongst lots of bright flowers as if they are just taking a rest. I lIke the angle you are taken them from, giving the feeling that you are sitting amongst the flowers looking up at them, makes for a very interesting capture. This is a very strong image, beautifully captured. The shallow death of field is very effective at drawing your eye to the scarecrow which is pin sharp revealing lots of detail. Although the there are no details in his face the glasses give him loads of character. I like that you have kept the processing subtle allowing the character to speak for itself. What a fun image it really made me smile. it is a strong image, the tractor and scarecrow contrast very well with the beautiful background, making a very pleasing image. I love that you have included enough of the tractor to give the context, but not dominate the image.The scarecrow is absolutely the main character.
