Great shot and great post work. I keep trying to work out what your expression is telling me - its almost "oh no Iv'e been caught!" Perhaps the wrinkles in the curtains behind could be blurred or darkened? Thanks for entering. my competition.

I think the best of your great entries. You are a strong subject anyway, but the lighting and tones in your photos and your post work is something I aspire to. I love the richness of your work. Thank you for entering.

The story behind the shot is clearly translated in the shot. I can feel the emotion and sense the pain. The wording size is just right as is the lighting. I wish though, that I could see a little more of your mouth. - but perhaps to leave the viewer wanting to know more is important here. Thank you for entering and good luck for the future.

Fantastic lighting . The rear light makes the subject stand out from the background, while the side light adds drama and mood. I wondered if it could be lightened overall very slightly just so as to see that shadow eye too - then I thought no...that's one of the intriguing elements of the shot.

Simple but elegantly captured. I love the lighting and the eyes looking up and away. The twisted vest strap and the lack of make-up or false glamour allow the natural beauty of the subject shine out. Thank you, great shot.

Great shot full of emotion. The hair across the face and the dak eyes give a sense of immediacy or urgency. - I almost want to jump in the screen and help with whatever you are afraid of. Thanks for sharing.

This unusual shot grabbed me by its simplicity and honesty.. Keeping the shot in colour adds to this by not trying too hard in post to add something more. There is just enough light to show me you, but also leaves me wanting to see a little more.. Thanks for entering my competition.

Your eyes say - don't send me don the mine tomorrow! Simple shot full of emotion. The lack of obvious post work gives the shot an honesty that could have been lost in photoshop . Thanks for entering my competition.

Congratulations. I found your self-portrait very moving and kept coming back to look at it again.. The nakedness conveys a sense of vulnerability to me and the eyes a sense of longing. The shoulder and arm lead into the face perfectly. The bnw conversion, composition, and lighting really support this unusual, brave and great shot. Thanks for entering.

This was number 11 and just missed my top 10. - it was in it a few times! I love the context and composition - the ere tree and the rain. The light and water reflections on the face all add to the interest. Thanks for sharing.
