Shooting into the Sun (no sunrise/sunset)

A beautifully captured image, clever positioning gives the feeling of intimacy whilst having access to the wider landscape. The position of the sun gives the figures great Silhouette and much detail and atmosphere. Thank you entering and congratulations on your top ten place.

I love this image of one of my favourite places. the sun coming through the clouds lights up the causeway picking up the string geometric shapes. The image is very strong in black and white, the strong geometric shapes of the peer are a good juxtaposition with the sky and the sea and the overall is very pleasing. Thank you for entering my competition.

I love this image it is very atmospheric, and the the minimalist composition is very appealing. I feel that if you had a slightly tighter crop on the left-hand side and made the temperature slightly cooler, it would reflect the temperature when the image was captured
and it would have been an even stronger image. Thank you for entering.

Thank you for entering my competition. There are many things that I really like about this image, the reflections, particularly the yellow tree. There is lot going on in the image which gives it a lot of interest. I feel that a slightly different angle to move the sun to the left of the figure would have made for an even stronger image.
