Oh my, this small boat is really moving, and your image captures the action in stunning fashion. The boat appears to be on a plane and almost none of it is touching the water except for the engine, which is probably oversized. Looking at this image one can only imagine the adrenaline the the driver must be experiencing.

This contest is for your photos of any type of small boat, for example canoes, kayaks, skiffs, rowing boats, etc. Try to keep the size of boat under around seven metres. Photos can be in colour or black and white. I am looking forward to seeing your interesting submissions.
Are you kidding me, I cannot believe that these sailors went out sailing on such a nasty day. Your photo captures the action quite well as these sailors stayed just inside the breakers where they are not too pressed by the sea conditions, but that can change at any second. The boat and foreground are both in focus and you can see in the background just how rough the day is. Excellent job avoiding image noise.
