Spiders in Their Webs (in colour)

This is a really different image. You have not only thought outside the box but made it work really well. The dazzling red eyes of the spider show really well. You can see the web well too. The whole image is well composed and pin sharp. I really like the background too. A brilliant capture, well done.

Wow, this spider has caught a large meal. Despite the larger size of the damsel/dragon fly you can still clearly see the battered remains of the spiders web. You're not wrong about the size being big. I would hate to find this spider anywhere. You have chosen a very unusual angle and WOW it's worked.
