A wonderful creative composition of a classic scene. I love that you have chosen to flip the image. Your timing is precise so that the rickshaw puller is positioned well in the frame. It appears to be over sharpened in post processing without the need to be. At the settings you have provided with a 16mm lens at f/13 and 1/250th it should be sharp enough.
Excellent use of a slow shutter speed. The mix of motion blur with enough of the composition remaining sharp is a good balance. There is so much going on in the image yet the main focus is not lost. Possibly a slight change in camera angle so that the top of your frame was parallel with the truck may have improved it a little more.

The decisive moment, for sure. Great timing at the right location. If the couple were at a stall selling sausages or cleaning products it just would not have the right feeling :) The bright light in the background is somewhat distracting, but could possibly be improved with some careful post processing.

Street markets are sensory overloads of colours and shapes and spices – all combining to form an exciting and condensed snapshot of human life. Choosing what not to leave out can be just as important as choosing what to include here. Choose a point of interest and compose the scene around it. Good luck!
