Firstly, thank you for entering my challenge The simplistic nature of this image is of great appeal- a woman on her own walking across the paving creates great visual appeal- this is most apparent by the excellent usage of the pattern composition that is apparent the patterns of both the paving and that of the umbrella. . The drain also provides a distraction and breaks the monotony of the pattern alone. The autumn colour usage is an excellent choice for the season wishing to be depicted. Congrats and well done!

The rustic colour of the yellow wall creates great visual appeal and enhances the image to another level- i don't think the impact would've been as appealing if done in black and white. Firstly, thank you for entering my challenge The great appeal is the excellent usage of hard light and the shadow formations cast by the architecture and the solitary man in the trench coat The shadows compliment the image rather than distract and the usage of black and white further enhances this notion.
