I love ths tones and colours of this image, with the soft browns of the brickwork and furniture giving a calming feel with the table set for a relaxing cuppa. Technically everything g is spot on with lighting, focus, exposure, etc., creating an image that is very pleasing to view. Well done on your top ten placing.

A great image, at once both abstract and recognisable. The contrasts are great, such as the curves and straight lines, along with the blue contrasting with the yellow. The water on both ths tabletop and the seat add another dimension. Simple but effective, congratulations on your third place finish.

Great viewpoint here, shot from inside the cafe as if one of the customers, for me being far more satisfying than poking your camera through a window to photograph those inside. By shooting from ths inside however you have had to deal with tricky lighting conditions, but this has been well handled, with the outside not too bright nor the inside too dark. The conversion to black and white works really well, and ths light refldcting on the surfaces lifts the scene. An everyday scene wonderfully captured. Well done on your top ten placing.

What a great abstract, not instantly recognisable and inviting a second look to interpret the scene. Depth of field is spot-on, with the angle of the table corner in sharp focus and the rest of the scene softly our of focus without being a distracting blur. Simple but effective, very well-seen and great to get ths different perspective this offers. Congratulations on your second place finish.

I love this relatively simple image that shows a cosy little corner but hints at the rest of the room beyond the frame. Well composed and framed, there is just enough included to prevent anything looking cut off or cropped into. The high key black and white processing suits the subject, with everything looking light and bright, with what looks to be natural light illuminating the scene. Congratulations on your winning image.
