Thatched Roofs

Another shot that caught my eye as I was sifting through the entries - you caught it at just the right moment, with the lady of the house making eye contact with the camera as she emerges from a thatched building, with - what I assume to be - her family close by. I particularly like the warm tones and the composition you have here. Well done and my thanks for your entry.

As you would expect, there were numerous entries of thatched buildings in all manner of settings and colour combinations- but it was this one that particularly caught my eye. I love the fact the cottage fills the frame and the sepia processing entirely suits a property of this age and setting. I love it and many thanks for your entry.
