The Sea

What a stunning photograph! I love the fact that the ground seems to be dark and dull, and then in the top of the photo, the magnificent rays of the sun are shining through. First of all, I love the fact that you can't clearly see the horizon of this photo. The pale colours with the black almost-silhouetted groynes against them creates a perfect contrast. I love the way the end of the groynes lines up with the sun. The shadows cast by the groynes are stunning and this aspect is the thing that makes this photograph so amazing for me.
