Yet another slightly different perspective of this location and it is so nice to see it. The biggest bit of feedback I would give on this is that the image appears to be very bright, certainly not overexposed, this may be a taste thing, but I believe if the exposure was just stopped down a tiny bit and a tiny bit of contrast added, this could possibly add a lot more punch into the image. You have done really well to maximise the details in the image such as on the wall and the tree itself, so very well done for placing highly with your entry.

This is another really nice composition and again something a little bit different, I really like the texture in the stones leading into the frame and to the tree, the details preserved in those are lovely, same as with the wall at the back of the frame, that just carries the shot through and leaves you just enjoying looking at the fabulous tree. Well done on this image.

It has been great seeing slightly different takes on this really well-known tree and this, yet another slightly different has done it justice. With a nice framing and showing the remnants of the wall scattered around the floor and their details being preserved as the focus is nice and sharp makes for another top image, really good work again and thank you for sharing it with us.

A nice stormy trip to see an epic location, I like how you captured the feeling of the day and the dabbles of light on the side of the hills. It is all these small bit that snake up a good image for people to be able to enjoy. The shot itself is nicely in focus and well balanced on the exposure, so perfectly done, really well done.

It's always nice to see others' artistic interpretations from a location and this is really well done, a bit of colour pop can work well with a location and you have done well to get this one looking good. That coupled with the main components of the image such as composition, focus, exposure and everything else being well done you have created a good image. Well done and thank you for entering the competition.

A really nice take on the location and the only image entered like this too. I like how you have thought a little bit differently and come up with a completely different take on the composition for the entries to this competition, really well done indeed.

This is a really nice take on the location, giving a real sense of scale to the site, not just with the hills but with the use of the people who you can see walking down towards the tree. My only points to help improve this would be to watch the shutter speed with the running sheep as they have blurred a little bit and to also watch the graduated filter at the top of the frame on the clouds, at least it looks like that is what may have happened, but still you have a really nice and different take on this lovely location

As soon as I saw this image, the lovely warm colours and the nice side light casting onto the image stood out from lots of the other entries, with the person again giving the image a sense of scale this has just added another top quality to your shot, really well done indeed.

I like this composition as it is a little different from what you normally see from this location, it gives away a bit of what else is in the location too. But with the solid wall filling the shot on the left helps to place where you are and is partly telling the story about how old this location is. The choice of Black and White is also nice for this as it helps to bring your eye into the tree where it is a little darker.

Another image that shows the hard work photographers put in to get those images that really stand out. With the tack-sharp stars and the tree nice and crisp and well as the extra added bonus of the shooting star, this image has so many wow factors. I can just imagine standing here thinking how many shooting stars has this tree seen over the years and I like it when I can think of myself standing at a location via imagery, really well done indeed.

One of those moments that I can only imagine was amazing to be standing there seeing happen, shooting frame after frame and seeing the Lights in the back of the camera must have been great. It takes a lot of dedication to capture work like this and it's great you made it to this location to do it justice, very well don indeed.

A really stunning capture and some amazing details and light making up a fabulous image. The perspective on the image is great with the path leading you up to the shot and then coupled with the moody skies to just finish it all off nicely. The only very minor criticism I would go for are the chromatics on the wall on the left and what looks like a bit of a halo on the tree itself, but these can be corrected in post to take the work to the next level, that being said I absolutely love this, so dramatic and top work indeed.

I really like the way this shot has been finished, with the shooting star passing through the fame, it adds a nice and different take on such a fabulous location. I like how you have approved the shot with a balance of trying to get both the stars and the tree in focus, something that is not always too easy and it has paid off well, really well done indeed.

A really nice image with some gorgeous clouds rolling in the background of the image, these add that element of remoteness to the spot, but the standout gesture for me has to be the amount of detail you have retained in the shot, from the path running in from the left to the wall and the condition it is now in going all the way through the shot. Then just to finish the image the people give a sense of scale to the location as well, this part I really like.

This a really well-taken shot of the classic composition, I like this one as it has some front-to-back details working well in it and you have got the exposure shot really well too, with the clouds not blowing out but also being able to see the tree details. This coupled with the light hitting of the rocks and those being preserved in the shot makes for a great image, well done.

Another slightly different take on the famous location, the standout bits for me are the lovely towering above the tree and the subtle colours in the grass that you have captured very well indeed. There are so many amazing features about this location and you have captured that with your work, very nicely done and thank you for entering the competition.
