Things Used To Make Coffee

A wonderful image that is both minimal and complex at the same time (due to the reflections in the spoon). I had no hesitation in giving it an award.

I really like the arrangement here. I would like to have seen the whole of the cup on the left, but it does not prevent this being a fascinating image.

An excellent black and white conversion. Often the simplest arrangements have the greatest impact. Nice bokeh in the background too.

This is my overall winner. Well done! The three elements are composed perfectly, while the shadows and highlights work together to provide a magical image. It would look great in a print and is surely worthy of entry into a major photography competition.

I really like the detail in this one. The man adds greatly to the composition and provides scale to the machinery.
