Captures the essence of Kick the Can perfectly and the days when children kept themselves entertained and played street games. The contrast between the colourful child's bucket and the cobbles and walls of the ginnel (back alley) works perfectly. The simple and unfussy approach gives a lovely touch of nostalgia.

Love the abstract twist on a classic game, the curved shape on something that is known for it's rectangular shape.

Focusing on the wheels, feet and stabilisers makes this a strong picture. It captures the topic well. Stabilisers are a must for most children learning to ride a bike and the wellies are an added bonus. Who could resist riding through puddles as a child?

Summer and supersoakers go well together. The spray of water droplets

The Danbo robots sharing a touching moment makes for a great still life and the lighting is perfect. I like the fact that sometimes the boxes are more interesting to children than the toys they contain and the subject of your photograph portrays this and makes it an original image.

The door frame draws your attention to the two children, who are engrossed with the rocking horse. You've captured the expressions of both girls' and how the horse is no longer just a toy but transformed in their imaginations. The smaller child feeding the rocking horse is priceless.

Lovely sharp image and the toning lends itself to the subject. Anyone of a certain age will remember this type of roller skates, before they were replaced by the more gaudier roller boots. Your image captures the brief perfectly and invokes childhood memories.

Anyone who has ever owned or played Subbuteo can't help but smile at this photo. Your photograph captures the inevitability of injuries (repairs) in the game and fits the brief of the competition. Composed well and I hope the tackle wasn't career ending.
