I'm so proud of you for taking this shot, despite your arthritis, being a sufferer myself! This image was surely worth the pain and stiffness and all the trouble - it's simply stunning. A real close-up action shot, not easy at the best of time. Thank you and congratulation for persisting.

I so envy you for being able to watch an aerial fight of these impressive birds. I love to watch the buzzards doing these displays over our field and I really appreciate your patience and skills to execute such a close-up action shot. Surely not an easy task! It's a masterpiece.

What a beautiful image of the tenderness between a mother and her young offspring. This bond is so perfectly captured in this minimalistic image in such a peaceful and understated way. Your choice of using subtle colouring is spot on and greatly enhances the overall mood of the photo. Once again, an example that less is so often more.

The Mum's face says it all - no words needed. Whoever said that animals have no feelings, would surely be converted by this wonderful example of motherly pride and love. Two pensioners on a park bench having a natter?? The similarities in body language and positioning are amazing and I couldn't help laughing when I first saw the image, it's making me smile every time I'm looking at it. Wonderfully observed and perfectly executed.
