**Open to photographers with a ranking outside the top 1000. There are two other 'Unrecognisable' contests currently open to other ranks. By removing a subject from its meaning, and forcing the viewer to look at it with new eyes, abstract photography explores new ideas; ultimately making the photographer and their imagination more important than the photographed subject itself.
