Thank you Krista for joining my “White minimalism” contest and congratulations on your 7th place! The detail of the door of a white car, composed in a very elegant way, a balanced set of lines, curves and metallic elements. A refined minimalism.

Thank you for joining my “White minimalism” contest and congratulations on your 5th place! A dreamlike atmosphere for this small white lighthouse that emerges from the clear waters that blend with the sky. The one minute of exposure and the composition with wide negative space have created an effective minimalism.

Thank you Steve for joining my “White minimalism” contest and congratulations on your 4th place! An image that lives on the alternation of light and shadow. A sheet of paper curved in zigzag, a perfect composition with curves that go exactly to the ends of the frame. A searched and refined minimalism.

Thank you for joining my “White minimalism” contest and congratulations on your first place! What could be simpler than a humble daisy? With the petals so thin and all the negative space that surrounds it, it becomes the symbol of white minimalism. A well-chosen subject amplified by the appropriate composition

Minimalism is the art of appreciating the essential, the neatness, the simplicity. White is the colour of the light, the purity, the simplicity. The white colour can amplify the concept of minimalism. The theme is open for your interpretation and the subject of the photo is of your own choice, but please not adult content. Entries can be in colour or black and white.

Thank you Tony for joining my “White minimalism” contest and congratulations on your 6th place! A total white with only the steps that wind along the diagonal. They are like a pleated ribbon that, staring at it, astonish the eye, almost an Escher creation.

Thank you Gilbert for joining my “White minimalism” contest and congratulations on your 10th place! A group of people lined up, it seems they are holding hands, walking on a beach where the border between sand and sea is not seen. Small dark figures in a white immensity, a black mark in white minimalism.

Thank you for joining my “White minimalism” contest and congratulations on your second place! A small white square emerges slightly on a white background, a geometric and abstract composition. Ultimately a white minimalism.

Thank you June for joining my “White minimalism” contest and congratulations on your 8th place! A lonely tree, it seems almost cut in two parts, lost in a snowy landscape that shows only the outlines of hillocks. A minimal presence in the white void that surrounds it.

Thank you Nikos for joining my “White minimalism” contest and congratulations on your 3th place! Light and elegant, this little white bird stands out in the white of the aquatic landscape. The still water creates a uniform reflective surface, whit only a thin trail behind the subject. The bird is caught in an inclined position which forms a triangle with the reflection and highlights the shape of the slender legs.
