Iceland is certainly one of the first places to come to mind when imagining wild landscapes and this image perfectly demonstrates why. We love the sense of movement in the foreground grasses, suggesting a wind-swept vista, and the way the mountains appear out of the mist. A classic, yet theatrical shot. Well done!

What an intriguing image. We love the colour and framing choices, which the lighting and exposure really convey the wildness of the location. The camera work is excellent and choice of composition demonstrates a pre-visualised idea of what the photographer wanted to achieve. Well done indeed.

A dizzying scene scene which really effectively captures the scale of the remote landscape and the natural grandeur of the location.. The time and vantage point give the viewer a unique view of Yosemite, which is not something which is easy to capture in the modern age. Well done.

Another Icelandic scene and one which has a very cinematic quality. There's more than a hint of sci-fi to it (and maybe a certain fantasy series featuring dragons?). The lighting is superb and the lone figure really adds a sense of isolation and drama. A wonderfully theatrical scene which is truly wild.

What a dreamy image! We really like the natural frame these trees form, creating a tunnel like effect. There's a very alluring quality to both the light and colour, while the composition encourages us into the frame. A very well seen and put together landscape images, which is wild yet intimate. Congratulations.

What a wild scene! The aspect which really stands out is the way the horizon almost divides the frame in half, making it appear as if the peaks are rising out of the water. We love the colour palette and the choice of exposure is inspired. Very well composed.

The sense of wildness and desolation is very evident in this composition, which makes great use of colour contrast and exposure to enhance the stark feeling of the landscape vista. There is an otherworldly quality which proves that what you leave out of the frame is as important as what you include. Well done.
