What an amazing photo, I can only imagine what it would have been like to be so close to such a scene, the blazing madness in the background with firefighter's going about the job they do best in a calm and organised manor and you there to capture the moment. Excellent competition for "Men or Women at work". You can see the effort and concentration of the woman carrying the balloons as she takes her wares to sell at the local market. The bright balloons really make this photo pop. Well done Regards Jeanette

This photo has a serene feel about it, you've captured a mysterious smokey atmosphere in the glass which I imagine is a reflection of an overcast day, yet the workers are vibrant which for me suggest sunshine, what a beautiful contradiction. Well done
