Please show me your colour photos of one or more flowers that are bi-coloured. The combination of colours does not matter, as long as it is not more or less than two colours on each flower. I cannot wait to see your photos of floral beauty.

Amongst so many stunning photos, this one stood out for me for it's clear, simple lines. There is absolutely nothing to distract the eyes so they can fully concentrate on the simple, but stunning beauty of this flower with it's vivid colour contrast. Congratulations for being my winner.

A very different approach, but very effective.. By choosing this angle for the image, the colour contrast is enhanced in its geometric and repetitive form, an irresistible natural pattern in its symmetry. Again, the black background greatly enhances the overall impact. Great work.

Here we have something very different and it caught my eye immediately and sparked my interest. The humble snowdrop is mostly disregarded as simple and not very showy, but this image shows very clearly the intricate beauty of this small flower. I also think that the white background with frame works very well in this case, even though I personally don't like seeing the photographer's name in an image.

Dahlias featured heavily in this contest, for the simple reason that there are so many different forms and colour combinations. On top of that, who can resist the beauty of a large, round and colourful flowerhead like this? Simply stunning, showing off nature's ((and the breeder's) ingenuity.

Magical, close-up image of a magnificent looking Iris. The black background enhances this image greatly, as it shows up every detail in the shape and colour of the flower. Here, the colour contrast is more subtle, not so much in your face, but very pleasing.
