Congratulations on my first place pick This photo shows a sense of loneliness, and really captures the feeling of that. You just want to go and sit next to the person and find out his story. I would not even know where I would start with trying to suggest a way of improving your photograph.

I kept coming back to this photo, as I see a lot in it, I like the way you have captured 2 generations, with only showing one, the main subjects are from a past generation walking through graffiti done by a younger generation. This photo shows me there are still gentlemen around, and you can see they have been together for many years.

When I look at the photo, I want to know what the conversation is that they are having, I like the way you have kept it a colour photo, I really don’t think black and white would have worked on this image. If I was to suggest any way to improve this photo, I would have removed the sign from behind her head as it is a little distracting.
