When I saw this image, I fell in love with it immediately. The way you managed to capture the awesome atmosphere of this unique moment in time is wonderful and took my breath away. Nature at its best and finest. Long may it continue. I wholeheartedly agree with everything you say too., so there is a deep connection to this image and that made it my clear winner in an excellent contest. Congratulations.

This is the Venice you usually don't see. Although the overall tone of the image is a slight pink tone, the rose-tinted glasses are certainly off. It feels a bit as if the viewer finds him/herself on the way home after a night partying. Back to the harsh reality of daily life. The municipal cleaners greatly add to this atmosphere. Well done.
